Wedding last night, accompanied my mother and hung out with all of her teacher friends. The couple getting married were the son and (now) daughter in law of a teacherfriend of my mother's. I was able to meet a sociology prof from SDSU, (husband of mother's friend,) and that was extremely cool, but I didn't really take full advantage of the situation. I'm not much for shamelessly harassing people I don't know that well.

Good food, which I've never encountered at a wedding, and amazing desert. They had chocolate fountains(!!!)- white, dark, and milk- plus strawberries, pretzel sticks, bananas, chocolate chips, sugar cookies, cherries, and these amazing cream puffs for dipping in the fountains! Brilliant. Obviously food is the most important part of such a celebration.

I doubt anything of consequence occurred this week, since I really can't remember anything at all. Swapped HP theories with basically anyone and everyone I encountered. Brittie and I got together for a supposed bitchfest but then ended up just going on about Voldemort and whatnot for two hours.

Hm. Okay, final note. Next week is Gay Pride Festival and Parade and I am definitely going. Somehow. Parking should be insane and I still need to find someone to go with me, but hey, it's a Gay Pride Parade! Who wouldn't want to go to that?
